Doing a quick search, I noticed there are two volumes. One of the reviews on Amazon suggested skipping the second volume. Do you recommend getting both volumes?

I assume you are talking about the book Magic in Action. Volume I is all you need to get started. The same with Patterns of Hypnotic Techniques of Milton Erickson. The good stuff is in Volume I.

Oh, my apologies. I didn’t think to reference which title I was asking about. I was asking about Patterns of Hypnotic Techinques of Milton Erickson, but it’s good to know about Magic In Action as well.
