		<description>Thanks for these videos. I just realized that I am auditory. I thought I was kinesthetic. I am constantly talking to myself and much of it is habituated negativity. The biggest issue I deal with is my procrastination (resistance) and my fustration with shifting from non resourceful habits (negative states caused by isolation and withdrawal) to resourceful ones (taking action, achieving goals, feeling great). Any additional suggestions would be  appreciated.</description>
